Theme Requirements

Since WordPress CMS is a MySQL and PHP platform, you need to have the hosting server prepared for it. In other words, whether you can host your WordPress website. In case you already have a hosting server, you need to check whether it is compatible with WordPress hosting requirements or not.

Make sure your hosting is running PHP version minimum 5.6. For installing this theme you need to make sure that you have the following extensions on your web server. You will need to contact your web host if the following requirements are missing.

  • Minimum PHP 5.6
  • Recommended version 7.2 or greater

  • MySQL version 5.6 or greater
  • MariaDB version 10.0 or greater

  • Minimum 4.7
  • Recommended last version

  • HTTPS support
  • Enabling JavaScript and Cookies in the Web Browser

Hosting Recommendations

We recommend Apache or Nginx as the most robust and common server environments for running WordPress, but any server that supports PHP and MySQL will do. That said, we can’t test every possible environment and each of the hosts on our hosting page supports the above and more with no problems.

Note: If you are in a legacy environment where you only have older PHP or MySQL versions, WordPress also works with PHP 5.2.4+ and MySQL 5.0+, but these versions have reached official End Of Life and as such may expose your site to security vulnerabilities.

You can also install WordPress on your local machine through a local server. For that you may use the following software to create a local server: OpenServer, Denwer, MAMP, etc. All of these support WordPress and can be installed as a regular software.

First of all, you need to download all theme files after purchasing. Read how to download your items if you have not done so. So, you have all files and ready to install the theme. Now upload and activate the main theme firstly, after that download and activate all necessary plugins and finally upload and activate the child theme.

Step 1. Theme Activation

After downloading all theme files, please unzip the package and locate the folder named "" in that folder which is the zip package of the theme. Go to your WordPress admin panel, left menu -> Appearance -> Themes. Click “Add New” and then click "Upload Theme". Choose the zip file and upload, it will guide you to install and activate.

Step 2. Install and Activate required Plugins

This theme uses Redux option framework plugin, Dart Simple Extension Manager and another important plugins which are required to use. If you are connected to internet then you can install the plugin from the plugin manager. To install the suggested and required plugins or this theme, go to admin panel left menu -> Appearance-> Install Plugins.

Note: If you don't install all suggested and required plugin then your demo import may not work properly. So, it's highly recommended that you installed all required and recommended plugins at first after activating theme.

Step 3. Install Demo Content

We do not recommend to install demo content if you have existing content in your WordPress installation, as it will add numerous posts, pages, categories, media and more to your site. Also, we recommend replacing all content as soon as possible to avoid negative SEO effects. By default, the theme does not include pre-installed demo content. But if you would like to install your theme’s demo content to be used as a guide, you can do it by following these instructions. But, before you will import demo content it is necessary to fulfill all installation steps according to previous documentation parts.

For demo content installation, please navigate in your WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Import Demo Data. Then select Homepage Variation and click the "Import" button to import settings and demo data. You will see a confirmation message once all settings are updated.
